Crowds Flock to Langham Street Market 2025

The sun shone brightly on Langham today as thousands of visitors descended on the village for the highly anticipated Langham Street Market 2025. With a vibrant atmosphere and a fantastic array of stalls, the event proved to be a resounding success, attracting a massive crowd and making the most of the glorious Bank Holiday weather.

The bi-annual market, saw Church Street and the Village Hall buzzing with activity from 10am to 3pm. The air was filled with the sounds of live music and the delightful smells of sizzling barbecue.

With up to 70 stalls selling a wide variety of goods. From local crafts and produce to bric-a-brac and books, there was something to pique the interest of every visitor. The market is also a crucial fundraising event, with all profits from the Village Hall stalls, raffle, tombola, and pitch fees going directly towards the refurbishment and maintenance of the Langham Village Hall.

Beyond the bustling market stalls, a host of other attractions entertained the crowds. The Rutland Morris Men gave two lively displays, a classic vehicle display drew in enthusiasts, and a fire engine proved to be a big hit with younger visitors. The grand raffle, with prizes including a car service voucher and vouchers from local businesses, also generated a great deal of excitement.
