Join the Free "Pilates in the Park" Event in Oakham This August

Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and breathe in the fresh air as Rutland Pilates hosts a free community event, "Pilates in the Park", at Cutts Close in Oakham.

Led by instructor Stephanie Laura Phillips, these community group classes offer a fantastic opportunity to experience the benefits of Pilates, discover local classes and events, and enjoy an active morning outdoors (weather permitting).

Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, 29th August, 2026

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Free Event)

  • Location: Cutts Close, Oakham

  • Class Start Times: 09:30 AM, 10:45 AM, and 12:00 PM

What to Expect & What to Bring

  • Inclusive for All: The event welcomes individuals of all sexes, abilities, and ages 16 and older.

  • What to Wear: Attendees are advised to wear suitable clothing for exercise.

  • What to Bring: Please bring an exercise mat (or an alternative) along with a water bottle or drink. Note: A limited number of Pilates mats will be available.
