Sky's the Limit! Lions Club of Rutland Fireworks Lights Up the Night for Charity
Oakham, Rutland – Tonight, Saturday, 8 November 2025, the sky over the Rutland Showground will be ablaze with colour and light as the Lions Club of Rutland hosts its spectacular annual Fireworks display. Running from 16:45 to 20:00, this highly anticipated event not only provides fantastic family entertainment but also raises crucial funds for local good causes.
Double the Display, Double the Fun
The event caters to all ages with two spectacular firework displays:
18:15 (6:15 pm): The child-friendly display, designed to be a little gentler and earlier for young families.
19:00 (7:00 pm): The bigger and more spectacular display, a dazzling show to finish the evening.
The gates to The Rutland Showground (LE15 7TW) open early at 16:45 (4:45 pm), giving visitors plenty of time to soak up the great community atmosphere and enjoy the food and drinks on offer before the fireworks begin.
Tickets and Entry Information
It's not too late to attend! Tickets can be purchased both online and at the gate:

Under 6s get in for FREE, making it an affordable night out for young families.
Crucial Visitor Information
Attendees are strongly advised to take note of the parking and safety guidelines:
Parking: FREE parking is available at the Lands’ End car park (LE15 6US), with overflow parking specifically sign-posted at Mecc Alte, Cabel, and Tungsten Business Park car parks. DO NOT use Aldi or other business car parks.
Blue Badge parking only is available on hard standing within the showground.
Safety: DO NOT BRING sparklers or other personal fireworks into the showground.
Dogs: Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
Guidance: Please follow the advice of the Rutland Lions event stewards at all times.
