His new role will involve working directly with the Bishop in the Diocese of Hereford, which covers the county of Herefordshire and parts of Shropshire.
Since taking up the role of team rector in 2018, Reverend Griffiths led the team ministry at All Saints Church, a prominent landmark in Oakham. His leadership extended beyond the main church to include several churches in the surrounding villages, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration. During his tenure, he was a central figure in local life, participating in community events and providing spiritual guidance to parishioners.
