Spread the cheer! The Rutland Lions Club CIO is bringing festive joy to the community with their annual Santa Claus tour. Santa will be spreading Christmas magic throughout Rutland, making stops in

Oakham, Uppingham, and Cottesmore, with special appearances outside Tesco Oakham on two dates.


Mark Your Calendars! Here's where you can catch Santa:

Tesco Oakham: December 7th and 21st (specific times to be announced)

Uppingham: December 14th and 15th (routes to be posted daily)

Oakham: December 16th to 24th (routes to be posted daily)

Cottesmore: December 21st (route to be posted daily)

Spreading Christmas Cheer and Supporting Local Causes

This year, Santa isn't just bringing holiday cheer, he's also collecting donations for deserving charities and good causes within Rutland. You can contribute using cash, card, or by scanning the Lions Club's QR code. The Lions Club will be supporting organizations like Pepper's, EMICS, Marie Curie, the Armed Forces Breakfast Club, and the Lions College Community Service Awards scheme.

Letters to Santa and Tracking His Journey

Children can write their Christmas wishes and post them directly to Santa in his sleigh's special mailbox! If you need a letter template, you can request one via email at rutlandlionsuk@gmail.com.
