Oakham Town Centre is set to sparkle with festive cheer as Oakham Town Council announces an unmissable afternoon of entertainment for the annual Christmas Light Switch On event, featuring a very special guest: Leicester City Football Club's beloved mascot, Filbert the Fox! The lights will be switched on by the winner of the children's drawing competition.
