2025/0411/FUL: Similar to the above, a retrospective application for the retention of a replacement 2.5m high close boarded fence along the Kilburn Road boundary and a 1.8m high close boarded fence along internal property boundaries at 11 Gilmore Close Oakham Rutland LE15 6FR.

2025/0430/FUL: A Section 73 application seeking to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of application 2024/0400/FUL to alter the approved design for the demolition of an existing garage (west) and single-storey element to the rear (east) of the house, and the construction of a two-storey extension to the west side and rear of the existing house at 38 Stamford Road Oakham Rutland LE15 6JA.

2025/0443/FUL: Proposal for a single-storey rear extension and replacement boundary wall adjacent to the highway at 32 Foxfield Way Oakham Rutland LE15 6PR.
