Oakham Scouts Spread Holiday Cheer and Raise Funds with Christmas Tree Sales
Oakham All Saints Scout Group is gearing up for the festive season with a heartwarming initiative: selling and recycling Christmas trees to raise funds for their scouting programs.
Partnering with a renowned UK Christmas tree grower, the Scout Group offers high-quality, freshly cut trees that will last throughout the holiday season. Trees are available in various sizes, ranging from £45 to £65, and will be delivered on Saturday, November 30th, within the Rutland area (LE15 and PE9 postcodes).
To add convenience and environmental responsibility, the Scout Group also provides a tree recycling service. For an additional fee, they will pick up your used tree on Saturday, January 11th, and ensure proper recycling.
Volunteer Opportunities The Scout Group is actively seeking adult volunteers to support their efforts. Whether you're interested in working directly with young scouts or contributing behind the scenes, volunteering is a fantastic way to give back to the community and make a positive impact.
Positive Feedback Previous customers have praised the Scout Group's service, highlighting the quality of the trees and the convenience of delivery and recycling. One customer shared, "What a fabulous tree – the best I've ever had! It looked absolutely beautiful right up until I took it down. And the service of collection and delivery is what really made a difference... I will be recommending this service to everyone and will be coming back to you next year."
