Alicia Kearns MP Brings Community Surgeries to Uffington

Alicia Kearns MP Brings Community Surgeries to Uffington

Member of Parliament Alicia Kearns continued her commitment to grassroots representation this week, hosting a series of face-to-face surgeries with residents in Uffington.

The visit provided a vital platform for locals to voice their concerns directly to their representative, covering a broad spectrum of both community-specific challenges and pressing national policies. For Kearns, these interactions remain the cornerstone of her role in public service.

Reflecting on the day’s meetings, Alicia emphasised that the ability to provide tangible help to her constituents is the most rewarding aspect of her parliamentary career.

"One of the most important parts of my job is helping people with the issues they are having in their lives," Kearns stated. "That’s why I visited Uffington this week. It was great to meet so many people and discuss the issues that truly matter to them."

These "pop-up" surgeries are part of an ongoing initiative to ensure that every corner of the constituency has a voice. Rather than requiring residents to travel to a central office, Kearns is bringing the office to the people.

Follow for Updates, to find out where the next surgery will be held, residents are encouraged to follow Alicia’s social media updates on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/AliciaKearnsConservative
