Listed Buildings & Heritage Conservation
Several applications this week involve delicate work on Rutland's protected historic structures.
Empingham Gate Pier Repairs: Mr. Matthew Eatough has applied (2026/0068/LBA) for restorative work at Prebendal House on Crocket Lane. The proposal involves underpinning and rebuilding a gate pier and wall to ensure structural stability.
