A Big Thank You for Supporting the For Rutland Golf Day

The For Rutland Golf Day, held at Rutland Water Golf Course, was a resounding success, raising an impressive £7,000 for Citizens Advice.

Twenty teams of four golfers braved the elements to compete in the event, showcasing their skills and enjoying a day of friendly rivalry. Following the competition, participants gathered for a delightful dinner and presentation evening, where they celebrated the day's achievements and strengthened their connections with friends and colleagues.

The event's success was made possible due to the generous support of our main sponsor, Taylor and Baines, as well as other local businesses that sponsored a hole, contributed items to the goody bags, or donated raffle prizes.

The funds raised will be used to support the vital work of Citizens Advice by funding Special Advisers. These dedicated individuals provide invaluable advice and assistance to individuals and families facing a range of challenges.

For Rutland extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who participated in or supported the For Rutland Golf Day. "Your generosity and enthusiasm have made a significant difference in the lives of those in need".
