"Good Moaning!" - Rutland's Horseshoe Theatre Company Sell-Out 'Allo 'Allo! Performances

Rutland's Horseshoe Theatre Company brought down with their final two performances of the classic comedy 'Allo 'Allo! Staged at Rutland County Museum in Oakham, both evenings were completely sold out, leaving audiences roaring with laughter and thoroughly entertained.

The iconic wartime farce, known for its memorable characters and hilarious misunderstandings, proved to be a fitting swan song for the theatre group. Patrons packed the venue, eager to witness René Artois and his motley crew navigate the treacherous, yet undeniably funny, landscape of Nazi-occupied France. From the moment the curtain rose, the air was filled with anticipation, which quickly transitioned into hearty guffaws and appreciative applause.

Audiences were treated to an evening of pure escapism, as the talented cast delivered pitch-perfect performances, capturing the essence of the BBC series. The intimate setting of the Rutland County Museum added an extra layer of charm to the proceedings, creating a unique and memorable theatrical experience for all in attendance. The sold-out signs were a testament to the enduring popularity of both 'Allo 'Allo! and the Horseshoe Theatre Company's dedicated following.

It was an evening of "Good Moaning!" and even better memories for Rutland.
