Ryhall Village Fete Unveils Exciting New Pet Photo Competition for 2025!
Ryhall, Rutland – Get your cameras ready and your furry, feathered, or scaled friends posed! The much-anticipated Ryhall Village Fete, set for Friday, July 12th, 2025, from 12 pm to 4 pm, is introducing a brand-new and exciting addition this year: a Pet Photo Competition!
This innovative competition promises to be a highlight of the fete, offering a chance for local pet owners to showcase their beloved companions and win fantastic prizes. The competition is proudly sponsored by two notable businesses: The Pixel & Paper Company, an exciting new venture soon to open its doors in Oakham, and Ruff and Tumble, known for their quality pet products.
There are great prizes on offer for winners and runners-up across six diverse categories, including special sections for under 12s and 12-18s, ensuring budding young photographers have a chance to shine. The ultimate accolade, the People's Choice for Best in Competition, will be decided by public vote on the day of the fete itself, adding an interactive and fun element for all attendees.
Participation is simple: a £2 entry fee per photo must be paid in advance. To ensure a smooth process and fair play, a comprehensive Rules and Guidance document has been put together. This essential document is pinned to the top of the Ryhall Village Fete email inbox. Entrants are advised to email ryhallvillagefete@gmail.com to request a copy and familiarize themselves with all the details before submitting.
The deadline for all entries is Monday, June 30th, 2025, so make sure to get your best pet photos in well before then!
