Lincsonline have posted a statement on their article: The owner of the restaurant is Hassan Rahman - the son of Habib Rahman - who was given a £160,000 fine as a result. Until 10.20am today (Friday, April 11), LincsOnline has been told that Habib is the owner of the restaurant.
