Taylor Wimpey to Hold Public Consultation Event in Oakham

Taylor Wimpey is hosting a public consultation event on Friday, January 24th, from 3 pm to 7 pm, to share its emerging vision for a development site in Oakham with the local community. The event will take place at Wesley Hall, Oakham Methodist Church, North Gate, Oakham LE15 6QS.

The development site is located at Brooke Road, situated on the southern edge of Oakham. It is bordered by the railway line to the north and east, and homes along Brooke Road to the north and west.

The proposed development aims to address Oakham's growing housing needs by providing a mix of market and affordable homes, including both new and existing properties. It will also deliver new open spaces and play areas, alongside biodiversity enhancements and improvements to on-street parking along Brooke Road.

Members of the Taylor Wimpey project team will be available at the consultation event to discuss the emerging vision, provide more information on different aspects of the proposal, and answer any questions from the community.

Those who are unable to attend the event can call 0800 689 5209, email info@twbrookeroad.co.uk, or visit www.twbrookeroad.co.uk for more information.
