The Family Hub in Oakham, conveniently located next to the library, offers a welcoming and supportive ADHD parent/carer support group. This group is a safe space for you to connect with others who understand the challenges and triumphs of raising a child with ADHD.

Expert guidance: The group is led by a knowledgeable ADHD practitioner who can answer your questions and offer valuable insights.

No diagnosis needed: Whether your child has a formal diagnosis or you simply suspect ADHD, this group welcomes you.
